We're so glad you're here and part of our outreach team! Remember why you signed up—this is an opportunity to earn extra income for yourself and your family. Take your time, set realistic boundaries, and approach it at a pace that works for you.
You might be surprised if you take a moment to think about your network—family, friends, neighbors—you probably know more business owners or people who work at businesses than you realize.
Don't be intimidated. At its heart, this is just reaching out and starting friendly conversations. Some people may say "no," some may not respond at all, and a few may even be rude. That's okay. Don't take it personally. Just keep moving forward, don't look back, and if anyone is unkind, ignore them and pray for them.
Every connection you make is an opportunity to help a business grow—and to earn some extra income for yourself. Stay consistent, stay positive, and remember: this works when you keep reaching out.
The easiest place to start is with people who already know and trust you—family, friends, neighbors. People buy from who they know, like, and trust, so these warm leads are the fastest way to start earning.
"Hey [Name]! Do you know anyone—friends or family—who owns a business or works at one? We're looking to connect with people who might need some help with their website or marketing."
"Hey [Name]! Do you happen to know anyone, friends or family, who owns a business or works at one? We're looking to help some local businesses improve their website and marketing, and would love to be connected."
💡 Pro Tip: Be friendly, polite, and understanding. Listen if they share a story or concern, and thank them for their time.
If someone is willing to connect you:
We will follow up with them.
You are paid when your contact becomes a client. This is called commission-based work. You earn a percentage of the job's total cost, usually 20–30%. For example:
This is why the more people you connect with, the higher your chance of earning.
Once you've reached out to people you know, you can look for business owners or employees online.
Search local businesses, join business or community groups
Search local business hashtags like #BostonBusiness or #[TypeOfBusiness]
Look up businesses in your city (e.g., "restaurants in Boston") and check their websites
Search for people who own or work at local businesses
When reaching out to businesses you don't know, keep your message short, friendly, and natural:
"Hey! My name is [Your Name] and I'm local from [Your City]. I was wondering—are you happy with your current website and marketing?"
If a business responds positively:
We will handle the follow-up and closing.
Start with warm leads first (family and friends), then expand to cold leads online
Expect "no's," non-responses, and occasional rudeness. Don't let it discourage you
Keep moving forward, stay gentle, and pray for the people who are difficult
Stay positive, stay consistent, and trust the process
Take your time, follow these steps gently, and you will see progress. Every connection is a step toward helping someone's business—and earning for yourself and your family.
With care,
